Screen Gems has released the official plot synopsis for Resident Evil: Retribution! Here it is:
The Umbrella Corporation’s deadly T-virus continues to ravage the Earth, transforming the global population into legions of the flesh eating Undead. The human race’s last and only hope, ALICE (Jovovich), awakens in the heart of Umbrella’s most clandestine operations facility and unveils more of her mysterious past as she delves further into the complex. Without a safe haven, Alice continues to hunt those responsible for the outbreak; a chase that takes her from Tokyo to New York, Washington, D.C. and Moscow, culminating in a mind-blowing revelation that will force her to rethink everything that she once thought to be true. Aided by newfound allies and familiar friends, Alice must fight to survive long enough to escape a hostile world on the brink of oblivion. The countdown has begun.
Quite interesting!! Well, I didn’t like the last ‘episode’ of the series very much. I must admit the I only liked the first two movies (the second one in particular) but I am always happy to see a movie with Milla and every “episode” of RE has got that particular thing that convince me to watch it anyway (even if Sienna is not there) even if I am not a real fan of the series (probably because I liked the videogames)!

EDIT: As Irons pointed out in the comments, this poster can be just a fan-made poster! So, we have to wait for an official confirmation! 
Plus, it seems that one of these days (probably on January 19th) the first teaser will be released! Link it here if you find it soon!!
By the way, I was thinking that this theme is..too white! Don’t you agree? I am waiting to see some photos of Sienna from RE so that I can make a RE-related theme!

Once again I must say, NICE WORK Ricky ! I cannot wait to see Sienna for the first time in Retribution
Retribution trailer is coming out next week and Sienna WILL BE IN IT ! ! ! I CAN’T WAIT !
